The Request

During our visit to Enza Zaden, we were tasked with finding a solution to apply a vapor-tight barrier on the autoclaved aerated concrete walls of their new storage facilities. High humidity levels posed challenges, necessitating a protective coating to prevent moisture transfer.

Phasing

We begin by sealing joints with RibbSeal, an elastic sealant. Shelves and ceiling parts are covered for cleanliness. Then, the ceiling is partially removed to coat behind slabs. The process includes CorrFill Primer BN and two layers of CorrFill Indoor Coat, ensuring complete substrate coverage.

Completion

Post-project completion, a joint assessment with the customer ensured adherence to expectations. The client commended the precise and tidy coating application. Notably, the absence of residue on wall elements, such as cables and switches, met the customer's satisfaction entirely.
