Product Description

ProFill Roof Coat is a waterborne, one-component, heat reflective coating for several types of sloping roofs. It is used as a UV-resistant layer under solar panels and as an ecological protective layer for all roofs. It is based on high-quality composite mineral additives and modified binders.

ProFill Roof Coat is a waterborne, one-component, heat-reflective coating primarily composed of composite mineral additives and modified binders.

Composition

  • Solid content : ~65% (weight) and ~50% (volume)
  • VOC content : max. 30 g/ltr
  • Mineral additives and binders

Properties

  • Permanently elastic
  • Seamless and crack bridging
  • Root resistant (applicable to the construction of green roofs)
  • Suitable for all types of surfaces
  • Environmentally friendly
  • Unsaponifiable (alcali resistant)
  • UV resistant
  • Vapor permeable
  • Protects roofs to a great extent against heating and thermal shocks

Consumption & Packaging

Usually 500 g/m² per layer
Buckets of 5 or 25 kg

Application

Easy to apply with roller, brush or airless-spraying machine. Clean tools with water after use. ProFill Roof Coat needs to be applied in two layers.

Sustainability & Storage

RibbFill Control Coat has a shelf life of 24 months, provided that opened buckets are properly closed and stored frost-free, not in direct sunlight, between 5°C and 25°C.
