Steps Of Work

The Request

Elf Farm Supplies Pty Ltd (EFS) sources Phase 3 organic compost for the Australian mushroom industry. In 2003 and 2009, we supplied and applied products for facility expansions. In 2016, EFS engaged us to apply our vapourtight coating system.

Phasing

The floor undergoes treatment with CorrFill Primer PA and CorrFill Indoor Coat, along with CorrFill Fleece ZG in joints (10 cm and 100 cm widths). A protective layer of CorrFill Limbercoat is then applied. Walls and ceilings receive similar treatment, including CorrFill Primer BN and CorrFill Indoor Coat.

Completion

Over the six weeks, we frequently communicated with Elf Farm to discuss planning and update them on progress. Additionally, someone often visited in the evenings to inspect the results. After completion, we conducted a thorough walkthrough of the site and compost tunnels.
