Product Description

CorrFill Primer PA is a waterborne, two-component epoxy primer with a very good adhesion on several substrates. It has been developed as a first layer in a Ribbstyle coating system to acquire a good adhesion on the substrate. Mainly used on concrete, (stainless) steel, polyester, aluminum and PVC.

Surface Preparation

Clean & Degrease the Substrate

Ensures proper adhesion of subsequent layers and enhances the overall effectiveness of the coating system.

Ensure Substrate Dryness

The substrate must be completely dry before applying any coatings.

Check Substrate Coherence

Assess the substrate’s coherence, ensuring it has sufficient tensile strength of at least 6 kg/cm².

Sustainability & Storage

CorrFill Primer PA has a shelf life of 24 months, provided that opened buckets are properly closed and stored frost-free, not in direct sunlight, between 5°C and 25°C.
