Anish Farms, a 3rd generation mango cultivator since the 1950s, now focuses on organic farming to deliver high-quality mangoes while adhering to sustainable practices.

Challenges

Uneven humidity distribution within the chamber.

Solution

To address these challenges, Ribbstyle applied a gastight coating in the ripening chamber. Mangoes are highly sensitive to ethylene, which accelerates ripening. By ensuring a gas- tight seal, the chamber maintained optimal conditions, minimizing leaks, stabilizing temperature, and regulating ethylene exposure.
