Bison International, a division of Bolton Adhesives and leader in adhesives and sealants, sought a tailored solution for their outdoor staircase and dust extraction silo. Both structures required protection against weathering and corrosion for aesthetic appeal and durability.

Phasing

Prior to coating, thorough cleaning, degreasing, and sanding were conducted to ensure surface readiness. A drying time of 24 hours was required between layers. Safety was paramount throughout, with meticulous attention in the quotation stage and detailed work permits outlining activities.

Completion

After project completion, a joint inspection ensured alignment with customer expectations, signifying project conclusion. Left untreated, corrosion could render objects unusable over time. By addressing this, their longevity is extended, ensuring years of functionality.
