The Request

Fruit farm van Damme in Nisse requested gastight ‘ribbfilling’ for several CA/ULO cold rooms. We applied our coating system to the corner joints of four new rooms and provided special protection for wall/floor joints. Previous satisfactory projects led to their return.

Phasing

First, joints cleaned. CorrFill Primer DL applied, drying 12 hours. Simultaneously, CorrFill Primer PA applied for wall/floor joints, drying 24 hours. RibbFill Control Coat sprayed on joints, followed by CorrFill Fleece ZG. Second RibbFill layer added after 24 hours.

Completion

Following the second coating, our system meets standards. Henk agreed to report any issues. Fruit farm van Damme can now utilize these CA/ULO cold rooms for long-term fruit storage. Knowing the rooms are gastight brings Henk peace and assures they can be well-maintained.
