Product Description

MarrFill Levelcoat PU is a two-component, pigmented pouring floor without solvents for horizontal surfaces. This coating is flexible and very self-leveling. The material can be applied on substrates such as concrete, cement screed, asphalt (inside), aluminum, steel etc. MarrFill Levelcoat PU is very suitable for substrates that are prone to crack formation.

MarrFill Levelcoat PU is a two-component, solvent-free, self-leveling coating made from pigmented polyurethane. It provides excellent crack-bridging properties and high resistance to mechanical and chemical influences.

Application

Easy to apply with a two-component roller. Clean tools with CorrFill Thinner DLT after use.

If the substrate is soiled with oil, grease, or wax-like products, it must be thoroughly cleaned down to the sound concrete.

Surface Preparation

For smooth or cement-rich substrates, always roughen the surface to promote better adhesion of the coating.

Surface Pretreatment

Pretreat the surface with MarrFill Floorprimer EC to further enhance adhesion and compatibility between the substrate and the coating.

Sustainability & Storage

MarrFill Levelcoat PU has a shelf life of 6 months, provided that opened buckets are properly closed and stored frost-free, not in direct sunlight, between 5°C and 25°C.
