Renovating oyster mushroom farms requires a vapourtight coating system to combat wall dirt and rust, maintaining optimal growth conditions and preventing contamination.

Request

Assessed tasks at company. Renewed existing vapourtight coating on concrete walls. Used CorrFill Indoor Coat for walls, sealing corners and window frames for full protection.

Phasing

We aimed to treat two rooms weekly to maintain productivity at the oyster mushroom farm. This staggered approach minimized disruption and enhanced renovation efficiency.

” Our mushroom farm was built in 1981. A few years ago we switched from mushroom to oyster mushroom cultivation. Because we wanted to replace our fluorescent tubes with LED lamps, we decided to have the walls sprayed white again. We contacted Ribbstyle for this.
