Product Description

ProFill Metal Coat is a water-based, one-component, anti-corrosion product based on styrene-acrylic copolymers and modified zink phosphate. This coating is a perfect solution for objects where the corrosion is not severe, but where a protective layer is desirable. It can be used as a primer and as a final layer.

Adgreencoat is a heat-reflective coating based on patented nanotechnology.

Composition

Application

Easy to apply with roller, brush or airlessspraying machine (nozzle opening 013 – 015). When spraying, the product can be diluted with up to 3% water. ProFill Metal Coat should be applied in at least two layers. Clean tools with water after use.

Surface Pre-treatment Importance

The lifespan of the coating on an iron or steel surface largely depends on the pre-treatment of the surface.

De-rusting Recommendation

For the application of ProFill Metal Coat, it’s advised to de-rust the surface according to standard Sa2 or St2.

Surface Condition Requirements

Additionally, the surface must be dry, free of grease, and dust before applying ProFill Metal Coat.

Sustainability & Storage

ProFill Metal Coat has a shelf life of 12 months, provided that opened buckets are properly closed and stored frost-free, not in direct sunlight, between 5°C and 25°C.
